Staff of Satyam to join Bank of America

Not exceeding 300 employees of Satyam Computers are going to join Bank of America. These employees were were working on a Satyam Project for Merrill Lynch. Merrrill Lynch, hit by the subprime crisis last year, is taken over by Bank Of America.

The projects on which these employees were working is not renewed by the Bank and now Bank will do it in house with the help of the new coming staff. The first batch will join the bank between Apr 2 to 8. They are offered 10% hike in salaries and are promised of joining bonuses.
